WHEREAS, the City of aint Paul in 1986 sepazated the sewer system on Short Line
Road between Lexingt PPrkway and Summit Avenue in Saint Paul and rec�ested
State cost paztiapation n certain portions of this storm sewer project because it
inclu�d Trunk Higtwva s No. 94, No. 12, No. 212, and No. 51 ct�ainage, and therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, tha the City of Saint Paul enter into agreement No. 65430 with the
State of Minnesota, D artment of Transportation to provide for payment of
approximately $18,000 y the State to the City of the State's share of the sewer
separation project con cted by the City on Short Line Road beiween Lexington
Parkway and Summit venue within the corporate City limits under State Project No.
6282-158 (T. H. 94=3 2}
BE IT FURTHER RES LVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute su ag�eement.
BE IT FINALLY RE LVED, payment to be received by the City of Saint Paul
from the Minnesot Department of Transportation for its share of the
sewer constructio costs for the Short Line Road sewer separation project
will go into Publ'c Works Account Number PIR 62906-0732-62766.
