At the Januar 4th meeting of the Committee , I was given to understand tha you wished this office to draft a repealer of the above referenced chapter and the enclosed ordinance will accomplis that. Additionally, in order to address the issues of fee� already collected pursuant to Chapter 50 and to rescind the original council resolution establishing a fee schedule, the enclosed resolution, when passed, will solve those matters. Our office wi 1 be pleased to work with you and members of the Committee hould you wish Chapter 50 to be later redrafted and re-enacted n some new form.
