City of Saint Paul the Certifieate of Aehievement for Exeellenee in Financial
Reporting for its 1987 Comprehensive Annual Finaneial Report ; and

of Finaneial ReportingjAehievement for their role in preparing the 1987

NOW, THEREFORE, B�E IT RESOLVED , that the City Couneil , on behalf of the
