REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR
ST . PAUL PORT AUTHORITY
;
WHEREAS , THE St . Paul Port Authority has submitted the attached
proposed Registered Land Survey of the property located on
Lafayette Road between Florida and Eaton for City Council ap-
proval ; and
WHEREAS , the appropriate City departments have reviewed the
proposed Regi tered Land Survey ; and
WHEREAS , the roposed Registered Land Survey has been determined
to meet the equirements of Section 67 .705 of the Zoning Code;
and
NOW , THEREFOR� , BE IT RESOLVED , that the City Council accepts and
approves this; final Registered Land Survey for the St . Paul Port
Authority .

Dear Sir:
On December 20, �he City Council will hold a public hearing on the above
captioned item, jCity Council review is necessary for all Registered Land
Surveys. This RI�S will help simplfy the existing cumbersome legal descriptions
for the develope� property in this area.
Appropriate city departments have reviewed the RLS and found it in conformance
with all applical�le city standards.

1. The Port Authorit�r has requested this Registered Land Survey to clarify
existing legal de�criptions.
2. The conditions sp�cified in Section 67.304 of the Zoning Code, lot splits�
are met by this R�.S, City departments have completed their review and
determined that a�propriate city standards can be met by this proposal.
D. STAFF RECOMMENDAT�ON: Based on findings 1 and 2, staff recommends
approval of the RX.S.
