Also , temporary construction easements as shown on the map on file in
the Division of Valuations and Assessments , Department of Finance and
Management Services . Said temporary easements to expire December 31 ,
1989 or upon completion of the project , whichever occurs first.
These easements are in conjunction with the Flandrau/Case Area Storm
Sewer Project .

having considered said repo , hereby resolves:
1. That the said repor and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 11 000 .financed by the Sewer Separation System Charge.

2. That a public hea�ing be had on said improvement on the 21 s t day of
Februar , 1989 at nine �
y� >� o clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Co�rt House Building in the City of Saint Paul.

3. That notice of sai� public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of t�earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
