That the said repor and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 11 000 .financed by the Sewer Separation System Charge. i I 2. That a public hea�ing be had on said improvement on the 21 s t day of Februar , 1989 at nine � y� >� o clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Co�rt House Building in the City of Saint Paul. i I 3.
