WHEREA�S , the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by
resolution �, 88-1904 approved December 8, 1988, authorized the
release of� utility easements in vacated Congress lying between
Concord Stx�eet and Robert Street ; and,
WHEREAjS , the easement released by Northern States Power
Company wasj described as follows :
Alli that part of Congress Street lying between
Cox�cord Street and Robert Street; and
WHEREAIS , this eaeement description for Northern States Power
Company has',, been determined to be incorrect.
THEREF�ORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the easement to be released
by Norther States Power Company in this section of vacated
Congress St�reet shall read as follows :
All that part of vacated Congresa Street lying
bet�ween Concord Street (as widened ) and Robert
Strleet, egcept the south 20 feet thereof.
and resolution 88-1g04 is hereby amended accordingly; and
BE ITj FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon passage of thia
resolution,' the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record ia copy of this resolution in the office of the
County Reco�rder of Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
BE IT LSO RESOLVED, that in all other respects , resolution
C.F . 88-190�4 shall remain in full force and effect .
