Improve EAST S ORE DRIVE from Johnson Parkway to Larpenteur
Avenue by cons ructing concrete curb and gutter , grading and
paving with bi uminous material , reconstructing a drainage
system, constructing a street lighting system and reconstructing,
where necessar , pedestrian and bicycle paths . Also improve
JOHNSON PA�tKW Y from Maryland Avenue to E . Shore Drive by
removing the e isting bituminous curb and replacing it with
concrete cu�b a d gutter and placing a bituminous overlay.
The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That t�e said eport and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 8 r3,00 , financed by Capital Improvement Bonds.
2. That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the 7th day of F hr„ar�, 19R9 ,at
nine�l�(K�'clock .m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
