This resolution will establish the rate of pay for the new title Citizen
Service Pr�igram Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing
the Inform�tion and Complaint Office and its staff.
COST/BENEF�T BUDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
The cost o� this action is the difference between the salary of the former
title, Cit� Information and Complaint Officer, and the salary of the proposed
title.
