RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve with restrictions• the issuance of up to -°�^�� '4'-- taxicab
vehicle licenses with f`� licenses designated for Airport &
Airline Taxicab Corp; and� licenses designated for Checker Cab
of Saint Paul (Minneapolis Yellow Taxicab Service) , and be it
FURTHER RESOL�ED, That the Council does hereby state its intent to
change the selection criteria used to evaluate taxicab license
applications, , as stated in chapter 376. 10 to give preference to
individual owner operators and existing Saint Paul licensed taxicab
licensees, and be it,
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council requests the License Division to
conduct an analysis in the next 90 days on the effect of total
deregulation pf the number of taxicab vehicle licenses issued in
the City of Saint Paul, and be it,
FINALLY RESOLVED, That the council approves the following
restrictions to the licenses as stated below:
1. That these licenses shall not be transferable to any other
perso�n, corporation, partnership, or association.
2 . Tha�t Airport & Airline Taxicab Corporation shall not change
any af the contractual arrangements presently in effect
with Mr. Michael Morrissey in the operation of Morrissey's
Airpart Cab service in the City of Saint Paul.
