That these licenses shall not be transferable to any other perso�n, corporation, partnership, or association. 2 . Tha�t Airport & Airline Taxicab Corporation shall not change any af the contractual arrangements presently in effect with Mr. Michael Morrissey in the operation of Morrissey's Airpart Cab service in the City of Saint Paul.
