' PORT AUTHORITY PLAT #4
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Port Authority, has submitted the attached final plat for
City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the ,appropriate city departments have reviewed the plat and found it
to meet the tt�equirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in
the official newspaper of the city and notices were mailed to each owner of
affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the
subject prop�rty; and
WHEREAS, a p�blic hearing before the City Council was held on December 13,
. 1990, where �11 interested parties were heard, the Council having considered
all the facts and recommendations concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
attached plat for Port Authority Plat #4� and be it
FURTHER RESO�VED, That the conditions established by the Council at the
December 13t1� hearing will be implemented by the Port Authority staff in
conjunction with District 6.

A. PURPOSE: To cansider final plat approval for Port Authority Plat # 4. The
final plat wi1L create three industrial lots & three industrial outlots.
B. SITE & ARFA COI�DITIONS: There are industrial buildings on these lots.
Subdividing thi,'s parcel will divide the buildings into separate parcels for
individual own�!rship. The adjacent properties to the north and east are
developed for industrial use, south & west are developed for residential use.
C. REOUIRED FINDII�GS:
1. A11 the applicalble provisions of the Legislative Code are complied with.
A staff review �has been completed for the proposal; it meets required city
standards.
2. The proposed subdivision wi11 not be detrimental to the present and potential
surrounding land uses.
The property is1 developed with uses compatible to the area.
3. The area surrounding the subdivision can be planned and developed in a
coordinat3on ar�d compatibility with the proposed subdivision.
The surrounding area and the area of the proposed plat are compatible with
respect to land uses
4. The subdivisior� is in conformance with the Comprehensive P1an.
