WHEREAS, The Public Works Street Repair and Cleaning Fund requires funding for the rental
of vehicles for snow removal: and,
WHEREAS, City Council action is required to reappropriate funds in the 1990 Street Repair and
Cleaning Fund far the p�urpose of renting of such vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, Section 10.10 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul,dces require sufficient
unemcumbered and available funds to cover claims or meet obligations in the 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, Council�'ile 277510, adopted October 1, 1981,did establish certa.in Special Fund
Policies; and
WHEREAS,The Maypr recommends that the following changes be made to the 1990 budget:
