WHEREAS, the',City of Saint Paul Civil Service Commission is charged
with the authority to conduct disciplinary hearings; and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has been requested to conduct
a Civil SerVice Commission Hearinq in the matter of Catherine
LaClair for an incident on April 19, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the �Civil Service Commission, with the consent of the City
Attorney, has directed that this matter be heard by an
Administrative Law Judge; and
WHEREAS, the', total due for expenses in this matter is $2,529.90,
payable to tY�e State of Minnesota of Administrative Hearings; and
WHEREAS, th� Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07. 1 of the City
Charter, doe� certify that there are available� for appropriation
revenues in �xcess of those estimated in the 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following changes to the 1990
