RESOLVED, that in accord�nce with Section 77.02 (as amended by Ordinance No. 14662, approved
December 1, 1970) d�alinglwith Sewer Service Charges, the Council does hereby set a public hearing
on the proposed Sewer Service Charges for the year 1991 to be held on December 18, 1990 at 9:00
a.m. in the Council CMamb�rs, the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing; the
publication of which is to b� had at least seven days before the hearing.
