Easements are nee ed to accommodate construction of the project on private property.
ADVANTAGES IFAPPROVED:
This retention po d is an integral part of a large storm water management system to reduce
construction cost thr ughout the Trout Brook Watershed. Additionally, the area to be
acq�iired combined with four ad�acent acres that the City presently owns as part of the
Willow Reserve Di tric will attract waterfowl and provide improved aesthetics.
