In the Matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement for utility purposes
under and across Lot 9,Block 54,Irvine's Enlazgement tocated in the North�vest�uarter
of Section 6, Township 28N. Range 22W, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as
follows:
That part of said Lot 9 lying southeasterly of a line 10 feet northwesterly of,
meassured at rlght angles to and parallel wlth,the most southeasterly lIne of said
lot and its northeasterly and southwesterly extension.
Also, condemntng and taking temporary construcUon easements as shown on map
number 18600 whtch is on file in the Division of Real Estate,Department ofFlnance and
Management Services,Room 218 City Hall.Sald temporary easements are to expire on
Decemb@r 31. 2991,or upon completion of the project,whichever occurs.IIrst.
'fhese eaisements are in conjunction with the Seventh/Kellogg Area Sewer Separation
ProJect. ',
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon
the abov improvement,and having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1.T at the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives,and
thaf the stimated cost thereof is S 13,500.00 tinanced by Storm Sewer System Charge
Ftinds.
2.That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 11 th dav of December,
1990 at 9:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House
uilding n e ity of aint PauL
3.That notice of said publlc hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the
improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
