WHEREAS, The ,Estate of Fred H. Schletty has requested that the City of Saint Paul
and its Boar� of Water Commissioners quit claim the city's interest in an
unrecorded e�sement granted to the city by agreement dated the 29th day of April,
1907, for land in the east one-half of the northwest one-quarter of Section 8,
Township 29 North, Range 22 West, in the City of Little Canada; and
WHEREAS, The 'Board' of Water Commissioners no longer requires the easement for
operational �urposies and said Board has recommended that the city execute the
attached Quii� Clai�n Deed on behalf of the city and the Board; now, therefore, be
it ,
RESOLVED, That the attached Quit Claim Deed between the City of Saint Paul and
the Schletty Familv Partnership is hereby approved and that the proper city
officers are hereby authorized to execute said Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the
city and its Board of Water Commissioners.

A wate,r drainage ase nt in the City of Little Canada, west of Gervais Lake, was granted
to the City of Sa'nt P ul in 1907 so that a 12-inch drain line could be built between two
ditches (map atta hed) The land owner now wants to plat the property and have the ea�ement
removed from the ecor s. The attached document accomplishes this.
