6:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, between Labor Day and Memorial Day; and be it

FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay
10 period following its adoption by the City Council and subsequent approval by the Mayor.

This $1.00 per hour shiR-differential is requested by the Division of Parks and Recreation because of difficulty in
recmiting employees to work these hours. I�igh school students are not available. The pool is understaffed.
ADVANCAGES IF APPROVED:
The pool may not be understaffed, closed due to a shortage of staff, or supervisors may not be taken away from
their plamiing and organizarional duties to fill vacancies. This differemial will allow Oxford to be comperitive in
attracting college students and other qualified individuals who may be looking for part-time employment.
