I�igh school students are not available. The pool is understaffed. ADVANCAGES IF APPROVED: The pool may not be understaffed, closed due to a shortage of staff, or supervisors may not be taken away from their plamiing and organizarional duties to fill vacancies. This differemial will allow Oxford to be comperitive in attracting college students and other qualified individuals who may be looking for part-time employment.
