The Council o�'the Ci y of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered sai�l report hereby resolves:
1. That the sai repor and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is� er c nnectio,nfinanced by assessments.
S nitar , storm and water service connections are assessed at the
rajte in effect at the time of installation.
2. That a publi�hearin be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of January. 1991 ,at
nine �'cloc a.m., the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice �f said �ublic hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plade of hea�ring,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
