The Counc' of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered id rep rt,hereby resolves:
1. That the I said re ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1�.623 financed by Sewer Revenue Bonds $465,200.00 and State Grants
and�Loan $1,028,000.00 and Assessments $130,000.00.

2. That a p blic he ring be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of January, 1991 ,at
nine�o'�lock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That not�ce of s 'd public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and�place o hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
