2 has made application to the City of Minneapolis to connect a proposed buiiding tentatively
3 addressed as 2495 Kasota Avenue (more specifically described as Property Identification
4 Number 20-29-23-33-0007) in the City of Saint Paul to the City of Minneapolis' sanitary (and, if
5 necessary, storm) sewer system; and

7 WHEREAS, no City of Saint Pauf public sanitary or storm sewers are conveniently available to
8 drain this property, be it

10 RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works be hereby authorized to issue a permit for the
11 connection of said property in Saint Paul to the sewer system of the City of Minneapolis, with the
12 understanding that this approval does not waive this property from future sanitary and storm
13 sewer assessments.
