Background: An NRP projeCt has been approved for the corner of Randolph and Snelling. In order to minimize disruption at the
inters$ction, F!ublic Works revised its sewer separation program to coordinate sewer work with the NPP project. The
origin2l intent',was to patch the street where sewer work was done. However,it has been discovered that the base is
poor which m�ans that the street is likely to require reconstruction within five to ten years. Therefore, Public Works
would like to�oordinate reconstruction with the NPP and sewer work to achieve cost savings associated with
reconstructing'�during sewer work.
