ADVANTAOES IF APPROVED: All cities wi 1 c ntinue to have uniform residential speeds. The reduction of residentia sp eds should shift traffic to arterial and collector streets and t nk highways where risks are less. Cities would be able to reduce speeds on rterial and collector streets if warranted. DISADVANTAOES IF APPROVED: Reduction in pee s could impede steady, smooth flow of traffic through the City.
