Due to the ature of the problem, persons with STDs frequently want anonymity in testing and tre tmen . As a result, the City of Saint Paul serves many residents of. surrounding suburb and counties. State funding would allow residents of all communities to seek testing an tre tment at their chosen provider, and ensure that health care providers receive eimb rsement for services regardless of residency of patients. ADVANTAOE8IF APPROVED: - Increased fundin for operating Room 111 in Saint Paul - Clients would ha e th ir choice of provider and not have to abide by residency require- ments for testin , tr atment or payment. - Clients would re eive the needed health service.
