11 WHEREAS, current leg�slation makes it difficult to assess the properties so benefitted;

13 NOW, THEREFO�RE, $E IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul gr`�'e°ses changes to
14 Minnesota Statutes 1988'Chapter 429.021 and 429.101, to expand and clarify the list of items which
15 the City Council is authorized to assess.
