1 WHEREAS, Annsofie Eriksson is a guest in our country and the personal guest of Dan and Rosie Bostrom; and,
2 WHEREAS, Annsofie is from Ama1, Sweden, which is over 350 years old and well known for its beautiful marina
3 on the shores of Vanern, the largest lake in Sweden; and,
4 WHEREAS, Annsofie plans to enjoy up to a six-month stay in the United States observing our cuiture, holidays
5 and customs; and,
6 WHEREAS, Annsofie looks forward to gaining first hand knowledge of our city government, its people and Saint
7 Paul's traditions; now,
S THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council officially welcomes Annsofie Eriksson and
9 declares Wednesday, October 14, 1998 to be known in the City of Saint Paul as:
