My �lient, Bob Woller & Sons, will exert its best effo t to find a su�table location at which to relocate the usiness. My client is a party to a signed purchase agre ment on a piece of real property elsewhere in the Cityl, of Saint Paul. However, closing has not yet taken plac as there appear to be some minor title problems. Shou d those problems be resolved favorably and should the roperty be determined to be useable by my client's busi ess, closing would take place at the earliest oppo�tunity and the business would be relocated. No � spec fic date can be set as financing will have to be arra ged after the closing to construct the proper - buil ing on the site. If the title problems cannot be reso�.ved my client will conzinue its search for a suit�i,la lvcatior.. 2. My dlient would agree not to contest the fundamental fact� which are the basis for the allegations which led to -Ghe hearing and would agree to conform its future beha�ior to include only those actions it may legally engage in. Further, my client would agree that if there is another violation of the type which led to the hearing it would voluntarily submit to a thirty (30) day susp�nsion of the license issued to it by the City of Saint Paul.
