Separat�on �roject.

Many of the ��streets wi�hin the pro�ect area have an oi�ed roadway
su.rface w�.t�p no curb. The driving surfaces are fair to poor and
roadway widt�hs vary because of �.ac3c of curb.

Some of the ' streets within the pro�ect area have curb. However,
attempts ma�de to sa�vage old curb when reconstructing road
surfaces ha�►e been unsuccessful in tl�e past, therefore, we are
proposing tp remove existing curb and construct new curb and
gutter on oi�led streets.
Cleveland Av�enue is a concrete street in £air to good condition.
Construct�o n of storm sewer along this segcnent will be restored
with liyt�` pavement. Similarly, Sheridan Avenue, which is
biturnxnaus, wilz be restored following storm sesver construction.

� MEETING NOTICE
On Tuesdayr, October 30, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. there will be a public
meeting to di$cuss the Cleveland/Magoffin sewer separation project
(see back for map of project area.)
This project is part of the City of St. Paul's sewer separation and
street repaving program.
Representa�ives from the City of St. Paul and engineers from
Short-Ellio�t-Hendrickson, Inc. (who are designing the project for the
city) will be present to discuss the project and respond to your
comments and questions.
