In the opi io of this office, such rezoning could not be done under the ow r Bluff 40 Acre Study Rezoning once the hearing process is co plete and ordinances covering that rezoning are adopted, bu ould require a subsequent rezoning action. A consent petition b M tro State may pose a problem if at the date of petition or wi hin one year preceding it, Metro State has assembled a significa t ontiguous ownership as consents of the owners two thirds of th descriptions within 100 feet of Metro State's ownership a e equired under Minnesota Statutes, Section 462 . 357 Subd. 5.
