thereof having been �i en a prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The oun il has heard ail persons, objections and recommendations pe taining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully �o side d the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, l�h t th Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that'the above-described improvement
be made, and the prqp r Cit officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed wit the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RF�S LV D, That upon the completion of said improvement, the ploper City officers shall calculate
