1. That the sai repo t and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, arid that the estimated cost thereof
is det rmined.
2. That a publi hea ing be had on said improvement on the 11 th! day of
Decembe , 1 90 at nine ���o'clock am.,'in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall an Co rt House Buitding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice f sai public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner prpvided by the Charter, stating the
time and plac of h aring,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereo'f as estimated.
