associatio s s defined in Minnesota Statutes,
NOW, HE EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Gary Norstrem and
Gregory B1 es are hereby appointed to serve as the Municipal
represent� iv s on the Board of Trustees of the Saint Paul Police �
Relief As ci tion and the Saint Paul Firefighters Relief
Associati� f -r a four year term ending October 31, 1994 .

Since the City Co il has hired Gregory Blees, it would be very helpful to the Council and
the Administratio o ave him be more involved with the financi 1 obligations that the
City has to the 1 c 1 olice & fire relief associations. Presen ly, Gary Norstrem is the
only City represe � ti e actively participating in financial iss es relating to these
pension plans. �
