having considered said repo , hereby resolves:
1. That the sai�i repor and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is ermined.
2 That a public heari g be had on said improvement on the 27th ,r day of
Nov er 1990 a ni , ��X� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and,Cour House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice pf said ublic hearing be given to the persons and in the manner proyided by the Charter, stating the
time and place f he ring, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
