WHEREAS , th Council of the City of Saint Paul , by resolution
C.F. 90--1515 pproved August 29, 1990, vacated public property in
Saint Paul, amsey County, Minnesota described as follows:
All tha part of Pearl Street lying between the east
line o West Gate Drive and the west line of Eustis
Street, as platted in West Gate Addition
WHEREAS , bas d upon the utility easement Certificate of Intended
Non�Use file voluntarily on behalf of Northern States Power
Company Gas ivision and made a part hereof by this reference and
filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City for
itself and o behalf of this corporation waives the right to
utility ease ents in the vacated area as described in the
Certificate f Intended Non-�Use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, purusant to Section 130. 06 of the Saint
Paul Legisla ive Code and on behalf of the City of Saint Paul and
those person for whom the City has reserved easements, the
Council of t e City of Saint Paul does hereby waive and release
the retained utility easement in the vacated public property as
specified in the Certificate of Intended Non--Use described as
follows:

this resolut on in the office of the County Recorder of Ramsey
County, Minn sota, and also file a copy of this resolution with
the Registra of Titles , Ramsey County, Minnesota , and shall
maintain a c py of all Certificates of Intended Non--Use
• referenced i this resolution on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
AND BE IT AL 0 RESOLVED, that in all other respects , resolution
C.F. 9(d--1515 shall remain in full force and effect.
