WHEREAS, the Metropolit n Waste Control Commission (MWCC) by its Resolution No. 89-58,
determined to reconvey th ownership of certain interceptors owned and operated by the Commission,
and directed that all of its r ht, title and interest in and to such interceptors should be transferred to the
City of St. Paul on certain ates; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. aul and/or the Watershed District will utilize said interceptors for conveyance
of lake overflows and stor water flows; and
WHEREAS, the MWCC h prepared a Reconveyance Agreement that more fully describes the terms
and ronditions of the trans er of interceptors along with the appropriate instruments of conveyance, and
, a bill of sale; now, therefor
BE IT RESOLVED, that th Council of the City of St. Paul hereby approves the terms and conditions of
the Reconveyance Agree ent; and be it
. FURTHER RESOLVED, t at the Council of the City of St. Paul authorizes and directs the proper city
officials to execute the Re onveyance Agreement, accept the Bill of Sale and Quit Claim Deed transfers
of the Interceptor facility a d easements, and file the Quit Claim Deed documents of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds.
