The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor uppn the above improvement, and
having considered said repo t,hereby resolves:
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and�'that the estimated cost thereof
is� ' rfinanced by assessments .
Sanitary, st rm and water service connections are assessed at the rate in
effect at ti e of installation.
2. That a public hear g be had on said improvement on the 27th day of November, 1990 ,at
nine��(&Q o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House�uilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sa' public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner pr�vided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost ther�of as estimated.
