The company proposes to acquire a 3.9 acre site in Enr pire Builder InduStrial Park ar�d construct a 35,000 sq�aare foot facility. DRAFT PARTICIPATION ACREENlENP A dra t Participation Agreement has been negotiated with the foll�aing tax benefits- Total State Debt Financing Credits 450,000 Alter ative local contribution is $449,881 based on $47,231 per acre of Port Auth rity site �mprovements as previously approved by the State as well as $335,4 for the acquisition and clearance of bui'ldings previously on the site. The site improvement contribution has received prior approval fram the Department of Trade and Economic Developnent. This r presents a private-to-Jpublic ratio of approximately $4 private per $1 public ax reduction or credit. It also represents one new or retained job per $13,84 of tax credits. F.
