The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor u�on the above improvement, and
having considered said rep rt,hereby resolves:
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, an� that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2�700,042 , financed by State Grants and Loans $2,0�00,000.00;
Assessments $ 60,936.00 and Sewer Revenue Bonds $539,1OMI6.00.
2. That a public hea ing be had on said improvement on the 20th day o� November, 1990 ,at
nine � o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sa d public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner pri�vided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost ther�of as estimated.
