The Council of the Ci y of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upo�► the above improvement, and
having considered said repor ,hereby resolves:
1. That the said repo and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and �hat the estimated cost thereof
is$ 58 748.0 , financed by Capital Improvement Budget �34,325.00;
Assessments $16,472.00 and Sewer Revenue Bonds $7,951100.

2. That a public hear' g be had on said improvement on the 20th day of ! November 1990 ,at
nine �dclock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House B�ilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sai public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner pro,yided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of earing,the nature of the improvement and t.�►e total cost therepf as estimated.
