The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor uplon the above improvement, and
having considered said repo t,hereby resolves:
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, an� that the estimated cost thereof
is$2 309 096.00 , financed by State Loans and Grants• $1,2�4,000.00; Sewer
Revenue Bo ds $958,096.00 and Assessments $67,000.00�i

2. That a public hear g be had on said improvement on the 13th day of11 November, 1990 ,at
nine II@�iKo'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House�uilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of ' public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner pr vided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost ther�of as estimated.
