on Auqust 23 , 1988, said resolution being the ratification of
assessments for impro ing Bush Avenue from DeSoto Street to 110

Finance and Manageme t file no . 18494; and
WHEREAS, prope ty owned by the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Compa y being legally described as:
Railroad ri ht--of--way between parts of Stinson ' s
Addition ac ording to the plat thereof in the
Southwest Q arter of Section 29, Township 29,
Range 22
with the property 'dentification number 29�29--22-33--0012 was
assessed in the amou t of $2f�, 496 . 00; and
WHEREAS , upon r appriasal of the property, the Rea1 Estate
Division of the Department of Finance and Management Services has
determined that the property received no benefit from the capital
improvement.
NOW THEREFORE E IT RESOLVED, that the $20,496 . 00 assessment
be reduced to zero.
FURTHER RESOL ED, that payments already made toward the
assessment in the amount of $4 , 191 . 44 be credit�d to the
assessment against parcel identification no. 29�29�22--43--0P137 ,
