A formal public hearing at the City Council has been scheduled f r Sept�nber 20. The change ould result in the follawing: Esti�ted rket Value - 7/90 Amer�dment $83,467,582 Estimated rket Value for Added Parcel 135,600 New Mark t Value $83,603,182 Existing E terprise Zone Acreage - 377.12 Additions - .90 378.02 The estima ed m3rket value per acre based on the realignment will be $221,160.7 per acre. This is below the State maximum of $300,000 per acre. The 378.02 total acreage in the Zone is also less than the maximum of 400 acres allo ed.
