The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor up�n the above improvement, and
having considered said repo t,hereby resolves: ,
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, anc� that the estimated cost thereof
is� er conne tiq�inanced by assessments.
Sanita y, storm and water service connections a�e assessed at the rate in
effect at the time of installation.
2. That a public hear g be had on said improvement on the Sth day of� November� 1990 ,at
nine �o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House�uilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sai public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner prc�vided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost ther�of as estimated.
