The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor up�n the above improvement, and
having considered said repo t,hereby resolves: ;
1. That the said rep rt and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and�'that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 5 305 000.00, financed by Assessments $204,000.00; Minn�esota Department of
Transport tion $160,000.00; State and Federal Gran ,'s and Loans $3,511,000.00;
and Sewer Revenue Bonds $1,430,000.00. _
2. That a public hea ing be had on said improvement on the 8th day o NnvPm pr, 1 Q.qp ,at
nine �C$�o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House�iuilding in the City of Saint Paul.
. 3. That notice of s d public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner prpvided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost the�of as estimated.
