Cleveland/Magoffin Area Storm Sewer Pro� ect , over , under and across a part
of Lot 1 , Block 1 , Auditor ' s Subdivision No. 87 described as being 10 feet
on each side of a enterline described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 1 , said
point bei g 8 . 00 feet easterly of the centerline of Colby Street
extended northerly , thence northerly parallel with said
centerlin of Colby Street to a point 39. 84 feet northerly of
said poin of beginning; thence northerly and westerly along a
tangentia curve concave to the southwest having radius of 30. 5
feet and a central angle of 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds ;
thence we terly tangent to said curve , a distance of 204. 18 feet ;
thence s uthwesterly , deflecting to the left 15 degrees 36
minutes 31 seconds a distance of 150 . 22 feet ; thence
southwest rly, deflecting to the left 13 degrees 52 minutes 28
seconds a distance of 40. 0 feet ; thence southerly, deflecting to

Also , condemning and taking a temporary construction easement as shown on
drawings on file i the Division of Real Estate , Room 218 City Hall , Saint
Paul , Minnesota. Said easement to expire on December 31 , 1991 or upon
completion of the roject , which ever occurs first .
