RESOLVED, tha upon the petition of John A. Dean and Delores M.
Deane, per Fi ance Department File No. 14--1990, hat part of the
alley adjoini g lot 6 , Byrne ' s Re�arrangement, b unded by Kenneth,
Ford Parkway, Pinehurst, and Howell, hereinafter described, is
hereby vacate and discontinued as public proper y.
The vacated area is described as follows:
All t at part of the alley in Byrne 's Re arrangement
lying between a line drawn from the sout west corner
of Lo 6 to the northwest corner of Lot 25 and a
line rawn from the southeast corner of said Lot 6
to th northeast corner of said Lot 25 of said Re--
arran ement. •
The vacatio shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. T at this vacation shall be subject to all the
t rms and conditions of Chapter 13fd, codified
M rch 1 , 1981 of the St. Paul Legislative Code,
