That a penmanent utility easement shall be retained on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works on, over, under and across the following described area to allow access to existing sewer mains; That part of Mackubin Street lying southerly of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 1, Biock 5 of Edwin M. Ware's Cumberland Addition and northeriy of the following described line: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said L.ot 1, Biock 5 of Edwin M. Ware's Cumberland Addition; thence southwesterly to a point on the west line of Mackubin Street 40.00 feet southerly of the intersection of the westerly extension of said north line of Lot 1, Slock 5 with the westerly line of Mackubin Street. and sha11 be subject to the following conditions: a. No buildings, structures, trees or any temporary structure, material storage, fixture, or any other objects that will prohibit normal access to utility facilities for maintenance putposes will be permitted within the easement azea. b.
