The Council of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor u on the above improvement, and
having considered said rep rt,hereby resolves:
1. That the said re ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, an that the estimated cost thereof
is S er conne tionfinanced by assessments.
Sanitary, st rm and water service connections are asse sed at the rate in effect
at the time f installation.
2. That a public he ing be had on said improvement on the lst day Nnvemher_, 1990 ,at
nine �o'clock a. ., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House uilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of s 'd public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner p ovided by the Charter, stating the
time and place o hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost the eof as estimated.
