Voting In the Matter of nstaliation of a storm sewer system in c nnection with the
Ward Highla d/Mt. Curve Area Sewer Separation Projec . Project area is
3 bounde by Ra.ndolph Avenue, Fairview Avenue, Hi land Parkway and

The Council of t e City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said r port,hereby resolves:
1. That the said r port and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, nd that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 9 4 00 > financed by State and Federal Grants nd Loans $657,000.00 and
Sewer evenue Bonds $297,000.00.
2. That a public h aring be had on said improvement on the lst da of NnvPmhari 19g.p ,at
nineX��:o'clock .m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court Hou Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner rovided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost ereof as estimated.
