approval of the renewa of the On Sale Liquor-B License at 26 E. Exchange Street. The
Police Department, Phi Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the pplication and have
agreed that the Licens Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The
License Division's rec mmendation is for approval.
