Big trucks should be prohibited along that avenue. Gerry Strathman stated one of the conditions that the applicant has agreed to is that the deliveries are restricted to Grand Avenue and the garbage will not be picked up before 7:00 a.m. Eugene Sitzmann responded that condition is good. Tim Healy stated he has talked to Eugene Sitzmann several times. There are twelve pazking spots attached to 1276 Grand Avenue, however Mr. Healy has made several attempts to contact neighborhood businesses that have parking lots, but has had no success.
